IPEC Return and Refund Policy

All software purchased from IPEC Project Systems Sdn Bhd via digital delivery download   can’t be refunded or returned as per policy enforced by software principals. IPEC however would provide support and fix any technical & functional issues as per our SLA and software licensing agreement initiated by our principals which are accepted by client.

Companies and individual who have signed up for training courses can request for class rescheduling of classes due to any circumstances. Refund for training courses is only valid if participant could not attend training classes due to unforeseen circumstances. No refund would be entertained for participants who have attended training class but IPEC would be happy to provide a replacement class if there are valid reasons or failure by trainer to provide effective training.  Participants who have purchased training using our buy now pay later program provided by IOU Pay (Asia) Sdn Bhd are not eligible for refund as per policy of IOU Pay (Asia) Sdn Bhd but IPEC would be happy to provide rescheduling and replacement of training programs with similar value.
